Solely responsible for monitoring and maintaining the analytic datasets for each international website generated daily. Identified and integrated three orphaned data sources into a SQL based enterprise data warehouse resulting in the ability to monitor agent performance in near real-time with MicroStrategy. Orchestrated the creation of APIs used to ETL enterprise data after generating desire for data among stakeholders and convincing vendors to post data nightly on an FTP server. Built and distributed website performance dashboards to the senior leadership team and presented significant findings to C-level executives. Identified analytical gaps and took corrective action resulting in a 4x increase of data captured and enhancements to customer experience. Increased analytics budget by $90,000 by advocating and utilizing more sophisticated analytical tools resulting in a 3x increase in consumer data value. Consulted with other departments across the corporation on building data sets, using data to drive business decisions, and correcting any loss of data integrity to improve their data quality.
